Terms & Conditions


Coastal Livery Transportation Services, LLC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including, but not limited to, mechanical failure, weather delays and personal items left unattended. Child seats shall be provided and installed by renter applicable to state and federal laws. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.

Coastal Livery Transportation Services, LLC will enforce state and federal laws that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed by any individual not of legal drinking age or use of any non legal contraband. No smoking is allowed in any vehicle. At management discretion, the renter agrees to be fully liable for the following charges that may occur. $10.00 per broken glassware. $100.00 minimum for extensive interior cleanup. $150.00 detailing (due to sickness/exterior). $200.00 minimum for rip or tear to upholstery. $200.00 minimum for each act of vandalism.

Wait Time
Waiting time charges on airport transfers begin one hour after landing for domestic arrivals and one hour and fifteen minutes after
landing for international arrivals.

Cancellation Policy
If the airport transportation reservation is not cancelled within four hours of the scheduled pick up time, the client will still be
charged for the full trip including gratuity.

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to show at the scheduled place and time, full trip cost will be charged to the client including any wait time,
gratuity, tolls, and parking fees.

OTHER CHARGES COSTS
Wait Time $12.50 per 15 minutes
Extra Stop $10.00 per 15 minutes
Pick Up Time 12:00am-5:00am Early AM Fee $10.00
Pick Up National Holiday $25.00 Surcharge
Tolls As Incurred
Parking Fees As Incurred
Driver Gratuity 20%
Fuel Surcharge 7%

CONTRACT AND DEPOSITS
Any deposits (cash, checks, or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable for any reason, if cancellation occurs by renter with less than seven business days notice. Total is due seven business days prior to the event. The rental contract between the party as renter and Coastal Livery Transportation Services, LLC is made with the information and terms provided to us and can not be changed without Coastal Livery Transportation Services, LLC's acceptance. If the contract is cancelled with less than seven days notice, Coastal Livery Transportation Services, LLC is still authorized to collect the remaining balance in full, if the vehicle was not re-rented on the cancelled date for the same or higher amount.

We will reserve the said date upon the approval of the purchaser's credit card as per telephone conversation.
The credit card holder gives the authorization to use the credit card information over the phone. It is agreed that it is not necessary to obtain a signed credit card slip, as reservation is made by phone, email or facsimile.

Coastal Livery Transportation Services, LLC reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for non-compliance of the above requests.
